When you start your business, you don’t know everything and mistakes will be made.

I’m sharing my 10 biggest business mistakes I made when I started out to help you avoid the same mistakes.

In this video we’ll talk about business plans, how to monetize your business with products and services, seeking out help for your business through mentorship and more.

I feel like this video is important because you can avoid wasting time and money in your business when you’re starting out and watch your business grow.

Unfortunately, since I did make these mistakes in my business I didn’t grow as quickly as I should.

There is also helpful information for those that have already started their business, but are struggling to grow.

We’re looking for nurse PIVOTERS in regards to career change or starting their own business and will feature a new nurse each week on our blog (and on our social media outlets).

If you’re interested please submit a blog post of 500-750 words about your business or a career change.

This is an opportunity to tell other nurses what you do and how you’ve done it. You may leave your contact information (website) for other nurses to check out your business, but please do not overtly sell in the post.

Here are a few example questions you can answer when writing your post:

• How long have you been a nurse?
• How long have you been in another career or in your business?
• What sparked you to pivot into another career or start a business?
• Do you still practice clinically as a nurse?
• What would be the biggest takeaway you’d give another nurse considering doing what you’re doing now?
• What is your educational background?
• How did you get experience to do XYZ?
• What is your best business tip?
• What are your plans for the future?

A few things to note: No MLMs will be featured…sorry, we’re looking for original business ideas and ReNursing Edu does not promote MLMs
