Template Policy

By purchasing a template, you are legally bound by the following terms.

Payments & Refunds
Due to the fact that the products sold within our shop are digital in nature and cannot be returned, all sales are non-refundable. We cannot retroactively apply the discount or provide a refund. Feel free to email us with any questions regarding this policy at info@renursingedu.com.

If you choose a payment plan, you are required to complete your payment plan. We reserved the right to seek legal counsel for recovery of any monies remaining unpaid. 

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
Our designs are copyrighted ReNursing Edu, LLC and have a site credit at the bottom of each template which is required to remain for all designs - variations may include, but are not limited to: Designed by ReNursing Edu, Design by ReNursing Edu.

You are prohibited from sharing the template with additional users that have not purchased the template.

You must have a Showit subscription in order to use our website templates. Although the blog is through WordPress, these are not “Wordpress templates” and therefore a Showit subscription is necessary. 

NOTE FOR DESIGNERS: You may not resell our design or claim our designs as your own. ReNursing Edu owns the property rights to all designs within your template. Designers are prohibited from purchasing our templates and claiming them as their own work and promoting them as their original design work. If another designer is customizing one of our templates please follow the terms outlined by Showit as far as designer copyright - site credit should be given as "Design by ReNursing Edu" with a link to our website and you may add "Customized by XXX" next to it.

FONTS & IMAGES IN TEMPLATES
All images used in templates are stock images from royalty-free sites (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, ect.) All fonts used in templates are Google fonts and are free for use. You may purchase fancy fonts and/or other stock photos from a 3rd party and install them on your purchased template.
