It’s been awhile since I’ve updated everyone on the courses, but I finally have good news…the courses have launched!!!!

Whew! There were a couple of unforeseen issues that came up during the development and production of the courses like a longer recovery from surgery than expected, losing voiceover files, and my perfectionist trait that wanted everything absolutely perfect before launching.

I’ve had to change up some things and give up some aspects to provide what I’ve finally launched (which I think is pretty darn good!). What I have are comprehensive slides covering everything for the FNP or AGPNP student. In addition, either the ANCC or AANP can be taken considering I have information on the Non-clinical topics needed for ANCC.

All in all, there are over 1,800 slides and 1,000 clinical questions divided between 15 systems. The courses don’t have voiceovers, but there is plenty of anatomy and physiology, disease patho, diagnostic and treatment information for a student or a new grad NP to learn from. This is great for the student who likes to self-study.

For those of you looking for a more classroom type simulation, I will have the comprehensive course late summer that will be divided in four modules.

As of the publishing of this post, all have correlating questions with the exception of the heme, endo, ortho and non-clinical topics. I’m actively working on getting those questions done and uploaded within the next few weeks.
